MONDAY to FRIDAY : 9am – 1pm each day.

Optional: 1pm – 3pm Playgroup extra hours.

Our playgroup programme caters for children from two and a half to 12 years old, and apart from being great fun is also designed to encourage social, physical, emotional, intellectual and language development. As a vital part of their early education the playgroup prepares children for junior school, helping them to learn to play and be part of a group with new friends.

We have a wonderful facility providing excellent childcare in a bright, safe and fun atmosphere. We also have a fantastic range of play equipment, and we arrange lots of interesting activities for every session including painting, arts and crafts, cooking and dressing up.

Our Playgroup Leader and Childcare Assistant, Gillian Kennedy and Amanda Coughlan, are qualified to IPPA / FETAC level 5 Childcare or equivalent, and both have first aid certificates as well as years of playgroup experience between them.
